This summer, Czech Railways (ČD) is once again offering the Summer Ticket (Jízdenka na léto) for keen travellers. With this ticket, you can explore the entire country comfortably and without restrictions by train. Sales begin on 15 June 2025.
The Summer Ticket (Jízdenka na léto)is valid for travel from 1 July to 31 August 2025 and is primarily aimed at holidaymakers wishing to discover the Czech Republic during the summer holidays. There are two options available: a 7-day ticket priced at CZK 1,390 and a 14-day ticket priced at CZK 1,990. Reduced fares from CZK 695 apply to children up to 18 years of age, students up to 26, and senior citizens.
The Summer Ticket offers unlimited access to all ČD (České dráhy) trains during its validity. You may travel any distance, get off at any station, and use any regular service. Please note that a separate reservation is required for journeys on SuperCity Pendolino trains.
In addition to the Summer Ticket, Czech Railways also offers a range of other special summer deals. These include discounted tickets for selected music festivals, exhibitions, landmarks, and more.
Ticket sales for the summer begin on 15 June. Tickets can be purchased at railway ticket counters or via the official ČD website.
