Port7 in Prague-Holešovice is developing into a lively meeting point for work, leisure and culture. On the site by the Vltava, modern offices, gastronomy, sports and leisure facilities are combined with cultural events to form a new centre of urban life.
The area around Port7 in Prague-Holešovice is increasingly becoming a vibrant centre of city life. Around 36,000 m² of office and retail space are now home to companies such as Sweco, Xalution, Orea Hotels & Resorts, Coty and Aeven, as well as the Maxík nursery. The offering is complemented by restaurants, an eye care centre, a pharmacy, The Miners café, a fitness studio, and a community garden.

The “Náplavka 2.0” area has recently opened, featuring a multifunctional sports pitch, a boulder climbing wall and parkour elements, as well as a shaded sandpit for the little ones. There is also a barbecue area. The site is surrounded by green spaces and regularly hosts cultural and sporting events, such as the Red Bull Kolo 2025 at the beginning of summer, which attracted thousands of visitors.
