When Iron Maiden celebrates, the whole world celebrates – and this time, Prague is right at the heart of it. To mark the 50th anniversary of the British rock legends, the Czech capital plays host to the launch of a unique event: Eddie’s Dive Bar & Fan Zone.
Yesterday, Friday, and today, Saturday, the ENERGY PUB in the green heart of Vinohrady is home to the first-ever ‘Eddie’s Dive Bar & Fan Zone’ – a tribute to the band’s mascot and a meeting place for fans from all over the world. The event offers a weekend full of live music, genuine Trooper Beer, strictly limited collectibles, and an atmosphere sure to thrill even the most hardened rockers.
Visitors can expect nothing less than an open-air metal mecca: freshly tapped and canned Trooper Beer, the iconic ‘Eddie’s Darkest Red Wine’, exclusive merchandise, and collector’s posters – all perfectly aligned with the Iron Maiden universe. Those wanting to dive deeper will get their money’s worth with themed competitions, interactive programmes and presentations by Czech microbreweries.

Friday kicked off in style with a very special start: a 37-piece brass band from Sweden rocked the park. Today, Saturday (from 12.00 pm), the musical offering is even broader: a Beatles revival provides nostalgic vibes, followed by the B London Band. The grand finale: the Champions League final live on a big screen.
Prague writes metal history
That Iron Maiden chose Prague for the launch of their first official Eddie’s Dive Bar & Fan Zone is more than an honour – it’s a knighthood for all fans in Central Europe. Whether you’re a long-time Maiden disciple or a curious music lover, fans will find passion, history, beer and bass at Riegrovy sady.
Eddie’s Dive Bar is more than a pop-up – it’s an experience.
