The Prague Lions remain on course for success: with a convincing away win against Frankfurt Galaxy, the team is already celebrating its fourth consecutive victory. The play-offs are now within reach.
The Prague Lions continue their winning streak in the European League of Football (ELF): with a 37 – 16 away win over Frankfurt Galaxy, the team not only secured its fourth victory in a row but also delivered its strongest performance of the season so far. For the first time in franchise history, the Lions have a 4–2 record.
The spotlight was on quarterback Javarian Smith, who shone with four touchdown passes and no interceptions. With a cool head and impressive precision, he led the Prague offence across the field almost at will.
Wide receiver Willie Patterson was also in top form. The former Madrid Bravos and Rhein Fire player caught two touchdown passes and gained almost 100 yards – further proof of his status as one of the most explosive offensive players in the league.
The hosts from Frankfurt, by contrast, struggled to get into the game. Neither offensively nor defensively could the team from the Main metropolis keep pace with the visitors from Prague.
With this victory, the Lions have strengthened their claim to a place in the play-offs – a scenario that hardly anyone would have thought possible a year ago. But the former underdogs have become serious opponent.

Fans can see the Lions from Prague in action again at home on 13 July at the stadium in Žižkov – their opponents will be the Panthers from Wrocław.
