2025/26 Format Overview
The CHL regular season will follow the same structure as in recent years. Each of the 24 participating teams will face six different opponents. Teams are ranked in a single league table from 1st to 24th, with every point potentially decisive—either for Playoff qualification or for seeding advantages in the knockout stage.
The top 16 teams will advance to the Playoffs, where the match-ups are determined by overall rankings: 1st vs 16th, 2nd vs 15th, and so on. The knockout phase includes four rounds. The first three are played over two legs, with aggregate scoring deciding the winner. The competition culminates in a single-match Final on 3 March 2026.
