The Art of Being a Mess Tour: Lauren Spencer Smith to Make Her Prague Debut in Mid-September

The voice of Generation Z live at SaSaZu Prague

Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith is coming to Prague for the very first time. In September she will take the stage at SaSaZu, further solidifying her status as a defining voice of Generation Z.

Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith is set to perform at SaSaZu in Prague on 19 September, marking her debut in the Czech Republic. Known for her unflinching emotional honesty, Spencer Smith transforms stress, doubt, and joy into soaring pop anthems that have captivated millions worldwide. Following her breakthrough hit Fingers Crossed and her debut album Mirror, she now returns with her new record The Art of Being a Mess, further solidifying her status as a defining voice of Generation Z.

Spencer Smith experiences every emotion fully—she isn’t afraid to cry, to yell, or to confront stress, doubt, anxiety, and anger head-on. She channels these feelings into powerful, sky-high pop tracks that invite fans to sing along at full volume. This fearless approach has propelled the UK-born, Canadian-raised artist to multi-platinum success.

Hailing from a small town on a remote Canadian island, Lauren honed her craft alone in her room, far from concert halls or musical theatre. “No concerts ever came to where we lived, and I didn’t grow up doing things like musical theatre,” she recalls. Her perseverance paid off with the Platinum-certified single Fingers Crossed, which went viral and led to a deal with Island/Republic Records in 2022. Her debut album Mirror followed, producing the Platinum-certified Flowers and fan favourite That Part. She has since lit up The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and sold out venues across multiple continents during her Mirror Tour.

Billboard recognised her in its “21 Under 21,” while People, The Guardian, DORK, and Stereogum hailed her as “Gen Z’s new favourite breakup balladeer.” After billions of streams and critical acclaim, she continues to resonate with listeners through her 2025 sophomore album The Art of Being a Mess [Island/Republic Records], led by the singles Pray and If Karma Doesn’t Get You (I Will).

Tickets for her concert at SaSaZu start at 990 CZK, with VIP packages also available via Ticketmaster and GoOut.
