FUZE presents itself as a restaurant, brewery and versatile events venue — a vibrant location in central Prague that aims to spark emotions, engage the senses and offer something for every visitor.
The concept is driven by a team of ambitious creatives ready to explore new ideas. Guests are greeted by an eye-catching interior designed by Pizingers Morix architectural studio, complemented by installations from young designers curated by the ByAllMeans studio. From the kitchen of Chef Jakub Hirsch comes a wave of enticing aromas, while the bar offers house-brewed beer, homemade lemonades and an array of signature cocktails, which also feature in suggested pairings across the main menu.

FUZE’s culinary philosophy is rooted in quality ingredients and genuine craftsmanship. Steaks, burgers and pastrami are prepared over a wood-fired grill or in traditional clay ovens, while the brewery’s own beer is incorporated into selected dishes — desserts included — giving familiar flavours a new dimension. For diners seeking one of Prague’s standout steaks or a memorable burger, FUZE positions itself with confidence. The menu brings together modern Czech-German cuisine and BBQ inspirations, ranging from homemade spätzle to beef knee slow-roasted for 12 hours.

Beer enthusiasts will find themselves equally well catered for. Opting for a TransFUZE, InFUZE or FUZEnáč, each brew is crafted on site by brewmaster Aleš Paik, with guests encouraged to choose their preferred style and intensity. FUZE brews its own beer right here at the restaurant in a unique glass brewery — a rarity in the Czech Republic. In addition to local lagers, dark and top-fermented beers, you can also look forward to seasonal specials. Selections from partner breweries round out the line-up.

FUZE brings together design, gastronomy and brewing craft in a lively, thoughtfully curated environment — an inviting stop on Prague’s culinary map.
