The legendary Titanic has arrived in Prague – bringing with it one of the most moving stories in modern maritime history. The large exhibition in Prague’s Letňany invites visitors to immerse themselves deeply in the world of the famous ocean liner, with original artefacts, poignant personal stories and an experience that truly gets under the skin.
Romance, splendour, technological progress – and a fateful night that changed history. Since 21 November 2025, the Titanic exhibition is on display at the Letňany Exhibition Centre in Prague, taking visitors on an impressive journey into the past. Into a time when the legendary ship was considered a marvel of engineering – and into the moment when the dream of its unsinkability was shattered.

Instead of dry textbook facts, the exhibition at PVA EXPO PRAHA offers an immersive experience: at the entrance, visitors receive a boarding pass belonging to an actual passenger. Only at the end of the exhibition will they discover whether their historical figure survived the disaster. As they move through the different sections – from the luxurious first class down to the engine room – visitors are accompanied by a carefully designed soundscape as well as a free audio guide recounting authentic stories from real Titanic travellers. Original artefacts recovered from the wreck become witnesses to personal destinies.

The tour feels like walking through a film set: faithfully reconstructed cabins, the engine room, the famous grand staircase. And even a real iceberg, making the chill of that fateful moment palpable. Intense? Without question. But the exhibition does not rely on emotion alone – it is above all visually striking, meticulously curated and full of small details that captivate.

The youngest visitors are also well catered for: the specially designed route “The Search for the Ocean’s Treasure” guides children playfully through the exhibition. Riddles, tasks and little surprises ensure they experience history in a way they would rarely encounter at school.

Whether as a family outing or an educational excursion for school groups – the Titanic exhibition in Prague combines historical facts, dramatic events and the very personal stories of the people who once stepped on board filled with hope. It is precisely these individual destinies that make the visit far more than a display of salvaged artefacts.
