Renáta Kellnerová announce PPF Group’s move from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic

PPF Group to become a Czech tax resident following relocation

AMALAR HOLDING of the Kellner family announces that PPF Group N.V., the primary holding company of the international investment company PPF has launched its relocation from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic.

AMALAR HOLDING, the family investment company of Renáta Kellnerová, regarding Forbes Magazine the Richest Person in the Czech Republic, has announced that PPF Group N.V., the principal holding company of the international investment firm PPF, is set to relocate from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic. PPF operates across 25 countries and has diverse holdings spanning multiple sectors.

The move, expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, reflects the group’s evolving shareholder and corporate governance structure. PPF Group’s shareholders, all based in the Czech Republic, actively direct the company’s strategic decisions, executed by a predominantly Czech management team.

“Over nearly 35 years, PPF has grown into the largest international investment company with Czech roots. Relocating PPF Group’s registered office to the Czech Republic demonstrates our confidence in the country we live in and the predictability of its legal environment. With Czech investment protection laws now on par with Dutch regulations, this is a natural step,” said Renáta Kellnerová, majority shareholder of PPF Group.

Moving PPF Group to the Czech Republic follows a process initiated in 2021, when PPF Financial Holdings, an umbrella for PPF’s banks and financial assets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the UK, Serbia, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam – moved its registered office from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic.

Once the relocation is complete, PPF Group will become a Czech tax resident.

Simultaneously, AMALAR announces that it is terminating the activities of its advisory board, which has successfully fulfilled its consulting role primarily related to the transformation of PPF Group.
