Career Expo brings together leading employers from across the Czech Republic and provides a compact overview of current career opportunities. In early March, visitors can find out about open positions in person at Prague’s O2 universum and take away impulses for their professional development.
More than 100 exhibitors from among leading companies in the Czech Republic will present themselves at Career Expo 2026, the largest festival for career opportunities in the country. The third edition of the event will take place on 4 and 5 March 2026 at the O2 universum in Prague. Admission is free of charge; prior registration is required.
Career Expo enables personal conversations with company representatives, offers orientation in the current labour market and provides practical impulses for further professional development. The event is aimed in particular at students, graduates and professionals who are looking for a new professional challenge, want to advance their careers or reassess their options.
“For visitors, Career Expo is above all a quick way to gain an overview of the labour market and save time. Within two days, you can meet more than a hundred employers in one place, ask targeted questions about open positions, requirements and conditions, and quickly form a picture of which next steps make sense. In addition, participants receive concrete tips on preparing for job interviews, optimising their CV and making their job search more strategic,” says Peter Krutý from Alma Career.

Lectures, workshops and new thematic focuses
On both days, lectures and workshops on current topics related to work, career development and the future of the working environment are on the programme. The content runs in parallel on the main stage as well as in thematic workshop zones.
One focus is the AI Session, which looks at the practical use of artificial intelligence in everyday working life, recruitment and HR development. In the Talent Lab Zone, future skills, professional development and personal growth take centre stage, conveyed through hands-on workshops and concrete recommendations for action.
New to the programme is the Gen Z Zone, developed in cooperation with GenZ Consulting®. It focuses on the values, motivations and expectations of the youngest group in the labour market. The interactive format is aimed not only at young visitors, but also at HR professionals and employers. The main stage will also feature discussions and impulses on topics such as the future of work, corporate culture, wellbeing in the workplace and further education.
