Václav Havel Airport Prague has once again been recognised for its service quality. For the year 2025, it received the Airport Service Quality Award, which is based on passenger evaluations.
Prague Airport has been awarded the Airport Service Quality Award for customer satisfaction for 2025. The airport received the honour in the category of European airports handling between 15 and 25 million passengers per year.
The award is presented by the international organisation Airports Council International (ACI World) on the basis of direct feedback from travellers. The evaluation is based on regular surveys in which passengers assess their experience with services and procedures at the airport before departure.
According to Prague Airport, the award reflects the consistently high satisfaction of travellers as well as the quality of the services provided at Václav Havel Airport Prague.

“The fact that we have once again received the ASQ Customer Experience Award confirms our long-term efforts to create an environment in which passengers feel comfortable, safe and can easily find their way,” said Eva Krejčí, Director of Communications and Marketing at Prague Airport. At the same time, she noted that the award is also a recognition of the daily work of the airport’s staff.
In the coming years, the airport is set to undergo extensive modernisation while remaining in operation. This will represent a major challenge, Krejčí said, as the high service standard is to be maintained despite the construction work.
The award is based on the global Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme, one of the most important international evaluation systems for airport services. The programme continuously measures passenger satisfaction.
Václav Havel Airport Prague has participated in the ASQ programme since 2015. In the category of 15 to 25 million passengers handled per year, the airport has now received the annual award for the sixth time.
