With several awards at national competitions, Prague-based Pivovar FUZE is increasingly making a name for itself in the Czech beer scene.
The Prague brewery Pivovar FUZE is currently drawing attention in two ways: with a series of awards for its beers and with a restaurant concept that closely combines modern cuisine, design and brewing craft. In the capital, FUZE is positioning itself as part of a new generation of establishments that go far beyond the traditional brewery.
Multiple award-winning beers
The brewery has impressed at several renowned competitions in recent months. At the Spolek přátel piva 2025 competition, FUZEnáč 13 polotmavý took first place in the category of strong bottom-fermented beers.

FUZE also achieved a top placement at the Jarní cena českých sládků: here, the beer was awarded second place in the category of strong semi-dark bottom-fermented lagers.
A particularly broad range of success was seen at the Golden Bohemia 2025 competition, where three beers were recognised:
TransFUZE 12 took first place in the Czech premium pale lager (keg) category,
DisFUZE 10 placed second in the Czech pale draft beer (keg) category,
FUZEnáč secured third place in the strong Czech pale and semi-dark lager category.
In addition, the brewery was awarded the “Stříbrná koruna” (Silver Crown) as an overall distinction for the quality of its portfolio.

Restaurant, brewery and experience under one roof
Alongside its competition success, FUZE is pursuing a gastronomic concept that remains relatively rare in Prague. The modern brewpub combines Czech-German cuisine with BBQ elements. One distinctive feature is its own beer production: brewing takes place directly on site, in a glass brewhouse located in the middle of the restaurant. This is overseen by brewmaster Aleš Paik, whose speciality beers also form the basis of the recent competition successes.

The location within the futuristic Masaryčka building further underlines this ambition. FUZE Praha sees itself not only as a restaurant or brewery, but as a meeting point for a variety of occasions – from dinner and business meetings to events.
