Fans of historic and modern public transport vehicles can once again look forward to one of the largest public transport events in Prague this Saturday. The now ninth Autobusový den organised by Prague Integrated Transport (PID) will attract visitors to Letná with historic buses, special services and an extensive accompanying programme.

Prague Integrated Transport (PID) will hold its popular “Autobusový den” for the ninth time on Saturday, 16 May 2026. The event will take place from 10:00 to 17:00 on the Letná plain near the Sparta tram stop.

As in previous years, the main attraction will be rides on historic buses operating on special routes around Letná. The programme will also include a large exhibition of modern buses from various transport companies integrated into the PID system.

Entertainment on stage will also be provided throughout the day. The programme will be hosted by well-known journalist and transport expert Ondřej Kubala. Among the performers will be the DixiBand of the Prague City Police. Musical and dance performances will repeatedly be complemented throughout the day by discussions with guests and participants.
