This weekend, Parukářka Park in Prague 3 will once again become a meeting place for beer enthusiasts. Alongside numerous Czech craft and microbreweries, visitors can look forward to a varied accompanying programme for the whole family.
The next edition of the popular beer festival Žižkovské Pivobraní 2026 will take place on 5 and 6 June 2026 on Parukářka Hill in Žižkov. The event is one of Prague’s traditional beer festivals and attracts large numbers of visitors to Žižkov every year.

On both days, numerous Czech microbreweries and smaller breweries will present a wide range of beer specialities. The selection includes wheat beers and traditional draught beers, as well as herbal and yeast beers, porters, lagers and lower-alcohol varieties. The offer is complemented by a variety of culinary specialities specially designed to accompany the enjoyment of beer.

There will also be plenty of food on offer. Visitors can enjoy Hungarian lángos, Slovak specialities, Belgian chips, fish specialities, as well as a variety of grilled dishes and street food options.
A special highlight awaits visitors on Saturday, when the traditional Žižkov Beer Mat Spinning Championship takes place. The competition has been one of the festival’s regular attractions for many years and consistently provides entertainment for both participants and spectators.

Thanks to its attractive location in Parukářka Park, Žižkovské Pivobraní is one of Prague’s best-known beer events. The festival was originally known primarily as a tasting event for smaller breweries, but over the years it has developed into a larger public festival.
The festival grounds will be open on both days from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
