Business, the judiciary and public institutions dominate this year’s list of the country’s most influential women. Once again, Renáta Kellnerová tops the Forbes ranking.
The business magazine Forbes has published its latest ranking of the most influential women in the Czech Republic. Once again, entrepreneur, philanthropist and majority shareholder of the PPF Group, Renáta Kellnerová, takes first place. She is followed in second and third place by Chief Public Prosecutor Lenka Bradáčová and Kateřina Jirásková, Co-CEO of the PPF Group.
Renáta Kellnerová has therefore retained her position as the most influential woman in the country. As the majority shareholder of the financial and investment group PPF, she is regarded as one of the leading figures in the Czech business world. According to Forbes, she is also taking on an increasingly active role within the group.
The PPF Group is one of the largest financial and investment companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Its telecommunications division, including mobile network operators and infrastructure companies, makes a particularly significant contribution to the group’s success.
Second place in the Forbes ranking goes to Lenka Bradáčová, who this year assumed the role of Chief Public Prosecutor of the Czech Republic. She has long been considered one of the most influential figures within the Czech judicial system.
Third place is occupied by Kateřina Jirásková. The long-serving PPF executive celebrated her 25th anniversary with the group last year. After holding a number of senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer, she was appointed Co-CEO of the PPF Group in 2025 alongside French executive Didier Stoessel. In this role, she is responsible for helping to lead a group with assets exceeding one trillion Czech crowns and tens of thousands of employees.
Forbes is publishing its ranking of the most influential women in the Czech Republic for the 15th time. This year’s list includes a total of 200 women from business, politics, public life and the non-profit sector. More than 25 women were included in the ranking for the first time. Forbes considers personalities from a wide range of fields who have a significant influence on the country’s public and economic life.
