Pitbull Live in Prague: Important Information for Sunday’s Concert in Letňany

US rapper Pitbull is returning to Prague. The internationally successful artist will perform an open-air concert on Sunday at Letňany Airport. Ahead of the event, the organisers have published important information on travel, security and event procedures.

Prague is set to welcome one of the biggest open-air acts of the summer on Sunday, 26 July. Ahead of Pitbull’s concert in Letňany, the organisers have issued important tips to help ensure a smooth visit.

Security checks and baggage

Enhanced security measures will be in place at the venue. Visitors are asked not to bring any unnecessary items.

Only bags up to A4 size are permitted. A left-luggage facility with limited capacity will be available on site for larger bags or other items.

Cashless payments with NFCtron

Food, drinks and other purchases at the concert venue will be processed via the NFCtron payment system. Visitors can top up their credit online in advance or on site and pay contactlessly. Any unused credit will not expire and can be refunded free of charge after the event.

The organisers also recommend the NFCtron app for Android or iOS. It allows users to view their balance and spending at any time, as well as transfer any remaining credit back to their bank account after the concert.

Getting to Letňany Airport

By Metro
We recommend using Metro Line C. Letňany station is located close to the venue and services will be increased on the day of the event.

By bus
Details of the bus routes and timetables can be found here.

By car
The area around the venue will be closed to cars. Please do not drive directly to the site. Instead, park at one of Prague’s P+R car parks on the outskirts of the city and continue by Metro. Letňany station (Line C) is located close to the concert venue and will have increased services.
