Around 25 small craft breweries from across the Czech Republic will present their beers at the Small Brewery Festival at Prague’s Kulaťák. The selection will be complemented by street food, live music and the regular farmers’ market. Admission is free.

The eighth edition of the Micro Brewery Festival will take place at Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6 on Saturday, 12 September 2026. The one-day event is part of the “Trhy na Kulaťáku” farmers’ market and runs from 8 am to 8 pm.

The main attraction is a selection of around 25 small craft breweries from various regions of the Czech Republic. The festival aims to support the domestic beer market and introduce the work of Czech brewers to a wider audience.

The selection ranges from classic lagers and wheat beers to APA and IPA specialities, dark porters, and bottom- and top-fermented beers. Participating breweries include Matuška, Lajka, Chroust and Louka.

The regular farmers’ market will take place as usual from 8 am to 2 pm. The festival, featuring food, music and an accompanying cultural programme, will continue until 8 pm.

Various traders, farmers and food trucks will provide the culinary selection. The dishes on offer will include burgers, American hot dogs, pljeskavica, grilled meat dishes, savoury pancakes and vegetarian options such as falafel. Participating vendors include Clydes Jamaican Kitchen, Bistro Paprika, Deva Grill, Dogfather, M.Y. Japan and Zakynthos Grill.

The music programme begins at 10.30 am:

  • 10.30 am–12 noon: Dytush60s & Tea Jay Ivo

  • 12.30–1.30 pm: Adventures

  • 2–3 pm: Happy Sapiens

  • 3.30–4.30 pm: The Polar Opposites

  • 5–6.30 pm: Jull Dajen

  • 7–8 pm: Pohřební kapela

Like the regular markets at Vítězné náměstí, the Micro Brewery Festival is committed to avoiding single-use plastics and consistently separating waste. Beer will be served exclusively in glasses. Visitors can borrow returnable glasses at the venue or bring their own glass beer mug.

Admission to the Small Brewery Festival is free.
