This week, FUZE Praha is celebrating Bavarian beer culture and hearty food. Until Saturday, guests can enjoy its own Märzen beer and dishes ranging from Munich white sausages to Germknödel.
Oktoberfest at FUZE Praha is already in full swing, as is the original in Munich. Until 26 September, the restaurant and brewery in Prague’s Masaryčka building is serving special beers and Bavarian-inspired dishes.

For Oktoberfest, head brewer Aleš Paik has brewed a special Märzen beer. The full-bodied Bavarian-style lager has an alcohol content of 5.5 per cent and is served unfiltered and unpasteurised. Original Landbier Dunkel from Bayreuth is also on the menu.

Food options include a baked pretzel with onion jam and crispy bacon, as well as Munich white sausages with honey mustard. Main courses include pork knuckle with sauerkraut and potato dumplings, pork ribs marinated in house beer, and a thin pork schnitzel with potato salad. For dessert, there is Germknödel with plum jam, poppy seeds and vanilla sauce.
Further information is available on the FUZE website.

The location within the futuristic Masaryčka building further underlines this ambition. FUZE Praha sees itself not only as a restaurant or brewery, but as a meeting point for a variety of occasions – from dinner and business meetings to events.
