French musician Jean-Michel Jarre will perform in Prague on 3 October 2027. The electronic music pioneer will bring his new live production ‘OXYGENE & BEYOND’ to the O2 Arena. With ‘OXYGENE & BEYOND’, Jarre combines his musical past with new creative ideas. Audiences can expect an audiovisual journey through the artist's musical universe, bringing together familiar compositions and new works.

50 Years of ‘Oxygene’: Anniversary Edition to Be Released in November

Released in 1976, the album ‘Oxygene’ is regarded as a milestone in electronic music and played a major role in bringing the genre to an international audience. To mark its 50th anniversary, BMG will release a new edition of the album on 20 November 2026. This will include a newly created stereo master, Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound mixes, as well as additional bonus material.

New Album Announced for Spring 2027

Alongside the anniversary celebrations, Jean-Michel Jarre is working on a new studio album, which is scheduled for release in spring 2027. The artist plans to reveal further details at a later date.

Some of the new tracks are expected to be performed live for the first time during the ‘OXYGENE & BEYOND’ tour. The Prague concert therefore promises not only a look back at five decades of electronic music, but also a glimpse into the French musician's next creative chapter.

Tickets for the concert at Prague's O2 Arena on 3 October 2027 will be available from CZK 2,100 (plus booking fees). Official ticket sales begin on 23 October 2026 at 10:00 am via Ticketmaster and Ticketportal.
