In mid-November, 34 Austrian wineries and producers will present their wines in Prague. The trade tasting is free to attend with advance registration.
Austrian Wine Day in Prague will take place on Thursday 12 November 2026. ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, the commercial section of the Austrian Embassy, will host the event from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Automobile Club of the Czech Republic. The event is open exclusively to professionals from the restaurant, hotel and wine trades.
At the tasting, buyers, sommeliers and restaurateurs can speak directly with producers and discover wines for their ranges and wine lists. For ten years, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA has used the event to bring Austrian winemakers and Czech trade professionals together. According to Jan Cimerman of ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, interest in Austrian wines continues to grow in the Czech Republic.
