On the first Sunday in September, Prague’s Rašín Embankment will buzz again with creativity as MINT Market returns to Prague. Discover over 130 independent brands offering fashion, jewellery, design, ceramics, and more – all crafted locally and sustainably. Enjoy shopping, street food, and open-air runway shows in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
On Sunday, 7 September, Prague will transform into a hub of independent fashion, original jewellery, design, ceramics, natural cosmetics, and other unique products you won’t find anywhere else. MINT Market, the popular design fair with a friendly atmosphere, returns to Rašín Embankment (Rašínovo nábřeží) with more than 130 brands created with love, sustainably and a local touch. Shop without the crowds or stress, knowing that you are supporting genuine creators. Look forward to a colourful selection, fresh fashion pieces, and delicious food in the food zone, which you can enjoy while relaxing in comfy deckchairs.
At 11:00 and 16:00, an open-air runway will come to life, showcasing the latest collections from some of the most exciting brands exhibiting at MINT. Expect designs from Elluhandmade, Hana Celnarová, LaTonka, Lovemusic, Lull Loungewear, MILI KRAUS, nikkora, PunkTura, and Shejds.
But MINT Market is not just about shopping. It is a place full of creativity, connections, and inspiration. Behind it is a team of people who, since 2010, have been helping small brands reach customers and bring quality Czech design to cities across the country. What began as a small project is now a community of more than 1,500 creatives and a platform for independent designers in 27 cities.
“Supporting small and local brands has been one of the core principles of our project from the very beginning,” says manager Lenka Šašková, adding: “We try to encourage people not to be afraid to stand on their own and to make a living doing what they love. And we give them a space to showcase their products and meet their customers – because nothing beats face-to-face interaction.”
Over its 15 years of existence, more than 400 events have taken place, attracting over 1.3 million visitors.
