British singer and songwriter Raye, one of the biggest names in contemporary pop, will perform at Prague’s O2 Arena end of January next year. The GRAMMY-nominated and BRIT Award-winning artist will bring her acclaimed show, blending pop, soul, and R&B, to the Czech Republic.
British singer and songwriter Raye, one of the defining voices of contemporary pop, is set to perform at Prague’s O2 Arena on 25 January. The multi-award-winning artist, known for her acclaimed debut album My 21st Century Blues, will bring her genre-blending show—spanning modern pop, soul, and R&B—to the Czech Republic.
A south London native, Raye has redefined the modern music landscape. In 2025, she made history at the GRAMMY Awards as the first artist ever to be nominated for both Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year (Non-Classical) in the same year, ultimately receiving three nominations. This followed a record-breaking night at the 2024 BRIT Awards, where she claimed six prizes in a single year—surpassing both Adele and Harry Styles—and became the first woman to be named Songwriter of the Year.
Her 2023 debut album, My 21st Century Blues (Human Re Sources/The Orchard), was both a critical and commercial success, driven by her first UK No. 1 single, “Escapism.” The track became a global hit, reaching the Top 10 in more than 20 countries and earning RIAA Double Platinum certification in the United States. The album’s success sparked a global tour of over 150 shows, covering North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the UK, and included appearances at major festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Fuji Rock, and the Montreux Jazz Festival.
Beyond her musical achievements, Raye is a tireless advocate for songwriter rights, using her platform to challenge industry inequalities—from the power dynamics between artists and labels to the financial hurdles creatives face in the streaming era. In recognition of her influence, the Ivors Academy awarded her an Ivors Academy Honour earlier this year.
Tickets for the January 2026 concert are priced from 1,700 CZK and will be available from 10:00 on 25 September via Ticketmaster and Ticketportal.
