Metronome Prague 2026 Celebrates 10 Years Anniversary with Sting

The British superstar, who already performed at Metronome Prague in 2017, can, like few other artists, combine timeless classics with fresh energy

None other than Sting will provide a spectacular finale next year for the 10th anniversary of the Metronome Prague Festival at Letňany Airport. The British musician brings his hit-packed Sting 3.0 Tour to the Czech capital.

Metronome Prague will celebrate its tenth anniversary next year – and none other than Sting will provide a spectacular finale. The British superstar, singer, songwriter, and frontman of The Police, multiple Grammy winner, and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, brings his acclaimed Sting 3.0 Tour to Prague on 21 June 2026.

Fans can look forward to an evening full of energy and emotion: a set of global hits and new songs, Sting’s unmistakable voice, and a perfectly tuned band promise an unforgettable concert experience. On stage, he will appear this time in a compact trio formation – together with his long-time musical companion Dominic Miller, who has played alongside Sting for over three decades, and British drummer Chris Maas, known for performances with Mumford & Sons and Maggie Rogers.

    Metronome Festival Prague 2026

Sting, who already performed at Metronome Prague in 2017, proves again with his current tour that he can, like few other artists, combine timeless classics with fresh energy. Despite his status as a global music legend, the 73-year-old is considered down-to-earth and approachable – before his shows, he usually needs only a cup of ginger tea and a short yoga session. This mix of world star and calmness makes his performances a truly special experience.

Metronome Prague 2026 will take place for the first time at Letňany Airport and is organised in cooperation with Live Nation Czech Republic, the international market leader in live concerts. The organisers have ambitious plans for the anniversary year: after Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Sting is now the second confirmed headliner – and expectations for the festival are accordingly high.

Ticket sales begin on Friday, 17 October, at www.livenation.cz and www.metronome.cz. The first day tickets cost 1,990 CZK, three-day tickets 3,690 CZK. After the first price tier sells out, prices rise to 2,490 CZK per day or 4,590 CZK for the entire festival. Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket provider.
