After a thorough refurbishment, the V Zátiší restaurant in Prague has reopened its doors. This long-established venue now presents itself with a fresh concept, placing greater emphasis on regional produce and modern gastronomy.

With a completely redesigned interior, V Zátiší returns to the heart of Prague as the flagship of the Zátiší Group, blending tradition with contemporary cuisine.

The interior, designed by architect Jitka Třmínková, features clean lines and understated elegance, allowing the true centrepiece to take focus: the kitchen. The culinary offering now draws heavily on regional and seasonal ingredients, refined with modern techniques. Alongside an à la carte menu, a multi-course tasting menu is also available.

A new focus on corporate clients has also been introduced. The restaurant offers flexible spaces and private dining rooms, ideal for company celebrations, business lunches, or conferences. This positions V Zátiší as both a prestigious and welcoming destination for professional gatherings.

“Our aim was to create a place that appeals both to our regular patrons and to a new, business-oriented audience,” explained manager Marek Všelicha.

With this relaunch, V Zátiší seeks to honour its long-standing tradition while establishing itself as a modern venue for refined dining and exclusive corporate events.
