The Prague Baseball Week 2026 will once again bring top-level international baseball to Prague in early July. The 45th edition of the traditional tournament will see some of Europe’s strongest baseball nations, along with Taiwan, compete at Eagles Park Prague.
Prague will once again become the stage for top international baseball in early July. The 45th edition of Prague Baseball Week promises one of the strongest line-ups in the history of the long-running tournament.
The tournament will take place from 5 to 8 July 2026 and will offer fans the first opportunity since the return of the Czech national team from the World Baseball Classic in Japan to see the team live in Prague once again. For manager Pavel Chadim’s side, the tournament will also serve as an important test ahead of the Premier12 qualification tournament in the autumn.

The line-up underlines the growing importance of Czech baseball on the international stage. Alongside hosts the Czech Republic, Taiwan, the Netherlands and Germany are all expected to compete at Eagles Park Prague.
The Netherlands, historically Europe’s most successful baseball nation and the reigning 2025 European champions, will take part in Prague Baseball Week for the first time. The team is expected to travel directly to the Czech capital from Haarlem Baseball Week.
Germany arrive in Prague as defending champions. The German side defeated the Czech Republic in last year’s final and are once again among the favourites for the tournament.
Taiwan is also expected to be one of the biggest attractions of this year’s edition. The Asian baseball nation has long been among the strongest teams in the world and is likely to draw large numbers of fans to Prague.
