Those who watched the first episode of the series may already remember FUZE from its stand at the První Pivní Máj Craft Beer Festival. In the new episode, David meets head brewer Aleš Paik, who introduces the brewery’s different beers and provides fascinating insights into the production of its in-house specialities.
Alongside the beers, the restaurant’s cuisine also takes centre stage. Since opening, FUZE Praha has established a reputation in Prague for its creative dishes and modern approach to dining.
