Prague Lions win football thriller against Paris after dramatic overtime
Last-second field goal and bold two-point conversion secure spectacular 36–35 home victory over Paris

The Prague Lions won a spectacular overtime thriller against the Paris Musketeers, 36–35. A 54-yard field goal as time expired and a bold two-point conversion decided the game.
The Prague Lions celebrated their second win of the European Football Alliance (EFA) season with one of the most spectacular games of the inaugural campaign so far. In front of their home crowd at Stadion Žižkov, the Lions defeated the Paris Musketeers 36–35 after a dramatic overtime period, keeping their hopes of reaching the EFA BIG4 Semi Final Weekend alive.
The Lions controlled the early stages of the game and went into half-time with a 13–7 lead thanks to a touchdown pass from quarterback Jaylon Henderson to Martin Havelka and two field goals by Marek Hrubon.

After the break, Prague extended their advantage to 19–7 before Paris turned the game around and took a 28–25 lead with just 30 seconds remaining. The Lions, however, held their nerve. Marek Hrubon converted a spectacular 54-yard field goal at the end of regular time to tie the game at 28-28 and force overtime.

Paris struck first in overtime to regain the lead. Prague responded with a touchdown pass from Henderson to Matyáš Bílý. Instead of opting for the safer extra point, the Lions chose to go for a two-point conversion – and it paid off. Henderson again found Bílý for the decisive score, sealing a dramatic 36–35 home victory.
Henderson was the standout performer, throwing for 296 passing yards and four touchdown passes. Match-winner Matyáš Bílý caught two touchdown passes, including the game-winning score in overtime.

In Week 10 of the European Football Alliance season, the Munich Ravens travel to face the Prague Lions. Just over a month ago, the Lions suffered a 45–13 defeat in Munich. After back-to-back victories over the Raiders Tirol and the Paris Musketeers, Prague will look to build on their momentum and claim another EFA win.
