LEGO Flower Meadow at Prague Botanical Garden

From Thursday, visitors to Prague Botanical Garden can help create a flower meadow from LEGO bricks. They can choose from five plant species typical of the Czech landscape.

From Thursday, a special flower meadow made from LEGO bricks will take shape at Prague Botanical Garden. Visitors can build their own plants, contribute to the communal installation and take home a LEGO flower as a keepsake.

The interactive event will take place from 17 to 20 September 2026, daily between 10 am and 6 pm. Visitors can choose from five plant species characteristic of the Czech landscape: the eastern pasqueflower, mountain arnica, European Michaelmas daisy, leafless iris and martagon lily.

Over the course of the four-day event, the jointly created flower meadow will gradually grow. Every plant built by visitors will become part of the installation. A large LEGO model of an eastern pasqueflower, one of the most distinctive plant species found in Czech nature, will also be on display.

The event combines creative building with information about native flora. In a playful way, visitors will learn more about rare and protected plant species and their importance to nature.

As a keepsake from their visit, participants will receive a small LEGO flower to take home.
