PIZZA! PIZZA! Pop-up: A celebration of Italian cuisine in Prague

The best that Italian street food has to offer will be presented in a few days at the Holešovice market as part of a gourmet series showcasing cuisines from around the world. This time, the Pop-up Days will focus on the Apennine Peninsula, but it’s not just about the world-favourite pizza.

On Thursday, 5 September 2024, from 11:00 to 22:00, the PIZZA! PIZZA! pop-up festival will take place at the Holešovice Market (Holešovická tržnice).

“Our aim is to introduce unique vendors who share the same passion and love for good food as we do here at the market,” explains Aleš Víšek from the Holešovice Market programme department and author of the pop-up concept.

As the name suggests, this time pizza is on the menu as part of the Holešovice Market pop-up series. But there will also be plenty of other Mediterranean delicacies, especially street food. You can look forward to the following highlights:

• Le Pizze di Frankie
• Cukrárna U Moučků

Admission is free and promises a day full of authentic Italian delicacies, great coffee, fine wines, cocktails and live music! Look forward to pizza, aperol, pasta, negroni, wine, focaccia and much more – all in the open air.
