Fans of the legendary singer-songwriter have reason to rejoice: Paul Simon is coming to Prague in April 2026 with his A Quiet Celebration Tour. Intimate concerts, new arrangements, and his Grammy-nominated album Seven Psalms will take centre stage.

The legendary singer-songwriter continues his A Quiet Celebration Tour – a series of intimate concerts in which he presents his Grammy-nominated album Seven Psalms while simultaneously celebrating his timeless classics. Three performances will take place on 9, 10 and 12 April at the Prague Congress Centre.

Following an extremely successful and critically acclaimed US tour, Paul Simon will embark on an intimate series of concerts in spring 2026, taking him to Europe as well as the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The show begins with a performance of his Grammy-nominated masterpiece Seven Psalms. This 33-minute, continuously played musical work has been praised worldwide: The Guardian described it as “a masterful suite”, while The Times of London called it “a remarkable album”. After a short interval, a set of Simon classics and rarely, if ever, performed pieces follows – all newly arranged and specially prepared for this tour.

Seven Psalms was recorded exclusively with acoustic instruments and is largely performed by Simon himself. The musician often emphasises that it is the listener who completes the song. With this tour, he aims to bring this experience to the stage, making the complex, layered work live and palpable in intimate spaces with perfect acoustics.

Tickets for the April 2026 concerts at the Prague Congress Centre are available from 2,500 CZK (plus fees). The official presale begins on 17 December 2025 at 11:00 via Ticketmaster and Ticketportal.
