From the beginning of July, Prague Airport will introduce a new Visa Lounge in Terminal 2. The partnership with the international payment services provider aims to offer travellers greater comfort and additional premium services.
Prague Airport is expanding its range of services for premium travellers. From 1 July, the current FastTrack Lounge in Terminal 2 will operate under the name Visa Lounge. The change is based on a new five-year partnership between Prague Airport and the international payment services provider Visa.
According to the airport, the collaboration will help further develop its premium services and adapt them to the changing needs of travellers. The lounge will be available to holders of selected Visa premium cards in accordance with the conditions set by the respective card providers.

The new Visa Lounge is the first of its kind in the Czech Republic. Through the project, Visa aims to extend its premium customer offering beyond traditional payment services and provide travellers with additional benefits before departure.
As part of the partnership, a comprehensive modernisation of the lounge is planned. It will be the first complete renovation since the facility opened in 2008. The redesign will feature a new interior in shades of blue and white with copper-coloured accents, alongside new areas for work and relaxation.
In addition to upgraded workstations, two separate call booths will be created for telephone and video conferences. Plans also include an “Interactive Room”, designed as a quiet retreat. The area is intended to provide a contrast to the often hectic atmosphere of an airport and offer guests the opportunity to relax before their flight. Through interactive features, visitors will be able to personalise the room’s visual ambience.

The lounge in Terminal 2 already offers a range of work and relaxation areas, as well as an all-inclusive selection of food and beverages. Guests also have access to a separate security screening point, providing faster and more convenient access to the departure area.
With the planned modernisation, the Visa Lounge is expected to become one of the leading premium facilities at Prague Airport and further enhance comfort for travellers.
