The Prague Lions will host the unbeaten league leaders, the Munich Ravens, in Prague on Sunday. After two spectacular victories in a row, the Lions will be looking to continue their winning streak against the EFA's top team.
American football fans in Prague can look forward to another highlight of this year's European Football Alliance (EFA) season on Sunday. The Prague Lions will host the unbeaten Munich Ravens at FK Viktoria Žižkov Stadium. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 pm.
Following two dramatic victories in succession, the rejuvenated Lions head into the game with renewed confidence. The team from the Czech capital first claimed a dramatic 45–44 away win over the Raiders Tirol. Last weekend, they followed that up with a spectacular 36–35 overtime victory at home against the Paris Musketeers.

However, the challenge against Munich is expected to be considerably tougher. In the first meeting of the season, the Ravens demonstrated their strength with a convincing 45–13 victory over Prague at Sportpark Unterhaching.
Munich also impressed in their most recent outing. Last weekend, the league leaders defeated Frankfurt Galaxy 38–5 in Unterhaching. The Ravens controlled the game from the opening kick-off, improved their record to seven wins from seven games, and have already secured their place in the EFA Playoffs.

Prague Wins One of the Season's Most Spectacular Games
Nevertheless, the Lions can approach the second meeting with confidence. After their dramatic away victory over the Raiders Tirol, Prague followed it up with another memorable performance against Paris, winning one of the most spectacular games of the EFA season so far.
In a dramatic overtime thriller, the Lions defeated the Musketeers 36–35. A 54-yard field goal as time expired in regulation first sent Prague into overtime. There, a bold and successful two-point conversion secured victory for the home side.
Quarterback Jaylon Henderson was the standout performer. He completed 25 of his 35 passes for 296 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 98 yards. Matyáš Bílý caught two touchdown passes for a total of 109 yards and also converted the game-winning two-point conversion in overtime.

The Lions now face their toughest challenge of the season so far on Sunday as they continue their push towards the EFA BIG4 Semi Final Weekend. Against the unbeaten league leaders from Munich, the Prague side will once again be hoping for strong support from their fans.
The game will take place on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at FK Viktoria Žižkov Stadium. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 pm. Tickets for the covered main stand cost CZK 300, while seats in the uncovered stands are available from just CZK 100.
