Electronic Duo Chase & Status Coming to Prague in February 2027

British electronic music pioneers Chase & Status are coming to Prague at the beginning of next year. As part of their new Live World Tour, the duo will perform at Sportovní hala Fortuna at Prague’s Výstaviště on 19 February 2027.

For more than two decades, Saul Milton, aka Chase, and Will Kennard, aka Status, have been among the defining names of the British electronic music scene. Their music combines drum & bass, jungle, rave, soundsystem culture and British rap.

Most recently, Chase & Status have celebrated several major successes. The song “Baddadan” spent more than 15 weeks in the UK Top Ten and was certified platinum. With the single “BACKBONE”, recorded together with Stormzy, the duo reached number one in the UK singles chart for the first time. Chase & Status were also named British Producer of the Year at the BRIT Awards.

Over the course of their career, they have worked with numerous well-known artists, including Kano, Giggs, J Hus, Little Simz, Wretch 32 and Stormzy. International musicians such as Skrillex have also been among their collaborators.

New album “Generic Everything” to be released in October

On 9 October 2026, Chase & Status will release their seventh studio album, “Generic Everything”. The album features ten tracks and was created together with a number of guest musicians. The artists involved include J Hus, Little Simz, Skrillex, Giggs, D Double E, Blanco, IRAH, Col3trane, Debbie, Saam Sultan, Finesse Kid and Ledbyher.

Musically, the new album moves between rave, rap, electronic music and British soundsystem culture. According to the duo, the concept also takes aim at increasing uniformity in the creative scene. “Generic Everything” follows one of the most successful periods in the duo’s career to date. Chase & Status have now accumulated more than 2.5 billion streams worldwide.

Chase & Status also strong internationally on the live stage

Chase & Status have also made a name for themselves with their live performances in recent years. Following a sold-out arena tour across the UK, the duo performed at venues including the Milton Keynes National Bowl.

In 2026, Chase & Status were also among the headliners at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone. At Boomtown Festival, they surprised audiences with a joint B2B set with Skrillex. They also appeared on the main stage at the Reading & Leeds festivals.

At the same time, the duo runs its own live concept, “SECTION 63”, which is more closely oriented towards the atmosphere of classic underground raves and deliberately distinguishes itself from traditional DJ shows.

Return to Prague after appearance at Let It Roll 2026

Chase & Status last appeared before a Czech audience in summer 2026 as one of the main acts at the drum & bass festival Let It Roll. The duo’s connection with the festival dates back to 2009, when Chase & Status performed there for the first time. Several further appearances followed, including at the winter edition in 2021. At that time, they played at Lucerna Music Bar in what remains their most recent live performance in Prague.

With the Live World Tour, Chase & Status will now return to the Czech capital in February 2027. The concert at Sportovní hala Fortuna on 19 February is also one of the events with which Let It Roll will celebrate its 25th anniversary in the drum & bass scene next year.
