Czech Railways Launch Sales of Summer Ticket 2026

Travel across the Czech Republic without limits using a single ticket – the České dráhy Summer Ticket is now available. Depending on the option chosen, passengers can enjoy seven or 14 days of unlimited train travel during the summer holidays.

Czech Railways (České dráhy) have launched sales of their popular summer ticket, “Jízdenka na léto”. The offer allows passengers to travel without limits on the railway operator’s services throughout the Czech Republic during the summer holidays.

The summer ticket is valid on all České dráhy trains in second class and can be used between 1 July and 31 August 2026. Travellers may take an unlimited number of journeys within the selected validity period. Options are available for seven or 14 consecutive days.

According to České dráhy, the offer is aimed at anyone wishing to travel flexibly and discover new places during the holidays, whether for excursions, cultural events, sporting activities or visits to family and friends. There is no need to purchase individual tickets, making travel planning particularly straightforward.

For passengers entitled to state discounts, including students, seniors and people with disabilities, the seven-day option costs 695 CZK, while the 14-day version costs 995 CZK. Holders of an In Karta with a customer application pay 1,190 CZK or 1,690 CZK respectively. The standard price is 1,390 CZK for seven days and 1,990 CZK for 14 days of unlimited travel.

The summer ticket is available through the České dráhy online shop, the “Můj vlak” mobile app, at ticket offices and at selected ticket machines. For trains with compulsory reservations, a seat reservation must be purchased separately.

The ČD Summer Ticket is valid for travel between 1 July and 31 August 2026.
